About the Role

AAVIL Labs is looking for an AI/ML Full Stack Engineer to build and deploy AI-powered web applications. You will work across frontend interfaces, backend services, databases, and AI integrations, taking features from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive web applications using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
- Build backend services and REST APIs using Python with FastAPI or Django, and/or Node.js.
- Integrate machine learning models, large language models, and third-party AI APIs into applications.
- Develop Generative AI features, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and automation workflows.
- Design and manage databases, including SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases.
- Prepare and process data for AI workflows and model evaluation.
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Improve application performance, security, reliability, and AI output quality.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2- 5 years of hands-on software development experience,



including full stack development and practical AI/ML integration.
- Robust programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with React or Next.js and at least one backend framework.
- Working knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG.
- Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals and tools such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Understanding of API integration, authentication, Git, testing, and debugging.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Good to Have

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or pgvector.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Exposure to model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
- A portfolio of deployed AI applications or relevant open-source contributions.
