Hiring for Ai Automation Specialist .

Location - Mumbai (Malad).

ETrav Tech Limited is a Mumbai-based travel technology company founded in 2013. It provides B2B travel solutions, including flight, hotel, bus, holiday, visa, and insurance bookings, along with API and white-label services for travel businesses across India.

Build and implement practical AI-powered workflows and automations that reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and streamline day-to-day operations across Eagle Crest and Etrav.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and internal automations.
2. Integrate tools, applications, and systems to automate repetitive business processes.
3. Use AI coding tools to quickly prototype, develop, test, and deploy working solutions.
4. Identify automation opportunities across departments and prioritize high-impact use cases.
5. Build reliable, scalable workflows that solve real business problems.
6. Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing automations.
7.



Document workflows and provide clear instructions for internal teams to use and maintain them.
8. Collaborate with teams to understand operational challenges and deliver practical automation solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Proven hands-on experience building and deploying real AI workflows and automations.
2. Practical experience with Cursor or similar AI coding tools.
3. Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
4. Understanding of AI integrations, APIs, webhooks, and workflow logic.
5. Ability to translate business requirements into working technical solutions.
6. Robust problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering measurable results.
7. Must be based in Mumbai and willing to work from the Mumbai office.

Preferred Skills Experience building bots or internal tools used by a team
