We are expanding our AI automation services and looking for a skilled, creative and motivated AI Automation Developer based in India to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will help us design, develop, test and deploy AI-powered solutions for businesses across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-powered automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier and similar tools.
- Build AI agents and chatbots for customer support, lead generation, enquiries and business operations.
- Integrate AI models and APIs, including OpenAI, into websites, CRM platforms and other business systems.
- Automate routine business processes such as email follow-ups, document collection, appointment scheduling and CRM updates.
- Develop custom integrations using Python, JavaScript, REST APIs and webhooks.
- Build and maintain automation workflows connecting tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, email systems and CRM software.
- Troubleshoot, test, monitor and improve automation reliability.
- Work with the RSS AI Solutions team to turn business requirements into practical AI solutions.
- Prepare basic technical documentation for completed projects.
- Assist in developing reusable AI automation products that can be deployed for multiple clients.

Required Skills
- Practical experience with n8n workflow automation.
- Good understanding of Python or JavaScript.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON and webhooks.
- Understanding of AI agents, chatbots,



prompt engineering and LLM integrations.
- Ability to integrate third-party business applications.
- Basic knowledge of databases, CRM systems and workflow logic.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good written English communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with OpenAI API, LangChain or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API and AI customer-service solutions.
- Knowledge of Vtiger, Zoho, HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, PHP or website integrations.
- Experience deploying applications to cloud hosting or VPS environments.
- Understanding of authentication, API security and responsible handling of customer data.
- Experience building AI-based SaaS products or internal business tools.

Projects You May Work On You will help RSS AI Solutions develop solutions such as:
- AI Customer Support Agents: Chatbots that answer enquiries, collect lead information and escalate complicated cases.
- AI CRM Automation: Automated lead capture, follow-up reminders, document collection and sales pipeline updates.
- Restaurant AI Solutions: Order-enquiry automation, booking assistance and customer communication workflows.
- Business Process Automation: Automated emails, reporting,



spreadsheet processing and operational tasks.
- AI-Powered Business Tools: Reusable automation systems and software products for UK businesses.
