Role & responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
- Check claim status, payment details, denials, and underpaid claims.
- Identify reasons for claim rejections and denials and take appropriate action for resolution.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding pending payments and claim adjudication.
- Work on denied, rejected, and unpaid claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Understand and work with EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ERAs (Electronic Remittance Advice).
- Maintain accurate documentation of all calls, claim updates, and follow-up actions.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for further resolution.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and company policies.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling / RCM.
- Good knowledge of US healthcare insurance processes and medical billing.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with US insurance representatives.




- Knowledge of claim status, denial management, payment follow-ups, and appeals.
- Positive analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
- Familiarity with healthcare billing systems and MS Office is an added advantage.

Qualifications
- Any graduate preferred.
- Candidates with relevant US Healthcare AR Calling experience are encouraged to apply.
