Role Description The Aesthetic Clinic Sales Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based at Pachouli Aesthetic & Wellness Clinic in Dehradun. The counsellor will guide prospective and existing clients through suitable aesthetic and wellness treatments, conduct consultations, and explain services, benefits, and expected outcomes in clear, empathetic language. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining appointment schedules, and supporting clinic sales targets through personalized recommendations and treatment plans.





The role involves ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, coordinating with therapists and medical professionals, and accurately documenting client interactions and treatment preferences. The counsellor will also help with promotional activities, maintain organized records, and contribute to a welcoming, skilled clinic environment.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to clearly explain treatments, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Proven Sales experience in clinics, wellness centers, or similar service environments, with the ability to meet or exceed sales and conversion targets.
- Solid Organization Skills for handling appointments, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
- Prior experience in aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, or spa services is preferred.
- Comfort using basic computer applications and CRM or clinic management software.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Dehradun, including weekends or extended hours as needed.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, hospitality, wellness, or a related field.
