About the Role

MySenz is a modern, doctor-led healthcare and wellness centre with a dedicated aesthetics division. We are looking for a skilled, disciplined and client-focused Aesthetic Therapist to deliver professional skin and body treatments under the guidance of our consultant cosmetologist.

This is a clinical aesthetics role, not a salon role. We value technical skills, professionalism, punctuality, client care and strict adherence to treatment protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform HydraFacial, oxygen facials, LED light therapy, laser helmet sessions, diode laser hair reduction, and RF/cavitation body contouring as per the prescribed treatment plan and your training.
- Assist the doctor during advanced aesthetic procedures.
- Conduct skin analysis scans and prepare clients for consultations.
- Maintain accurate client records, consent forms, treatment notes and session logs in the clinic's digital system.
- Explain treatments, packages, expected outcomes and aftercare using approved information.
- Guide clients on pre- and post-treatment care and coordinate follow-ups.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment hygiene, safety and device upkeep.
- Coordinate appointments and work with doctors and the clinic team to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Identify concerns requiring medical evaluation and escalate them to the doctor.





Qualifications & Requirements

- Qualification: Diploma or certificate in Cosmetology, Beauty & Skin Care, or Aesthetics. GNM/ANM or other relevant clinical training is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a skin clinic or advanced aesthetic centre.
- HydraFacial: Hands-on experience required.
- Laser & body contouring: Experience preferred; training may be provided to the right candidate.
- Communication: Good spoken Tamil and English.
- Professional conduct: Well-groomed, confident with clients, attentive to detail and committed to hygiene and protocols.
- Basic computer skills and accurate record-keeping ability are essential.
