Role Descr** iption The Advocate will work full time in office at the KALRA TAX ADVISORY Corporate office in Gurugram, handling tax and related legal matters for clients. Daily responsibilities in clude - drafting and reviewing legal docum ents, - preparing case files

, and - representing clients before tax authorities, tribunals, and other relevant forums as permitted by applicable regula tions.- researching statutes, case law,



and regulatory u pdates- analyzing change in statute impact on client ma tters,- advising on compliance and dispute resolution strat egies.- develop well-structured legal opin ions, - support assessments and appeals

, and - ensure accurate documentation for all proceedings. - client communi cation- Summariaing notices and Briefing Se n **iors

Qualificati ons : - Must hold BALLB or BBALLB or LLB- Must have ebrollment with Bar Council ( Delhi or Har yana )- Knowledge of Indirect Tax will be added adv antage- Excellent research and communication skills- High Ethical Sta n dards
