About the role

Skeure Education helps students and working professionals in Punjab and beyond earn a UGC-recognised online or distance degree from a partner university. We work with 10 universities, including LPU, Chandigarh University and GLA, so we can recommend what actually fits the student, not one brand.

As an Admissions Counsellor you guide each student from first question to confirmed admission. Many are working adults, parents returning to study, or first-generation graduates. Your job is to give them a straight answer on which program fits, what it costs, and whether it is recognised, then make the admission easy.

- Many universities, one honest answer. You compare 10 partner universities for each student instead of pushing a single one.
- Small team, visible work. You work directly with the founder and shape how counselling is done here.

What you will do
- Respond to student enquiries on WhatsApp, phone and video, usually within the same working hour
- Understand each student's background, goals, budget and schedule, then shortlist the right program and university
- Explain fees, semester payments, eligibility, exam pattern and UGC-DEB recognition clearly and accurately
- Where a student needs help paying, walk them through installment options and, if needed,



connect them to third-party education finance partners
- Help students complete applications, document uploads and fee payments
- Follow up consistently and keep every lead's status up to date in the CRM
- Stay in touch after admission: first login, exam dates, and any concerns until they settle in
- Share what students ask and where they hesitate, so we can improve our ads, website and replies
- Occasionally run webinars or info sessions for student and workplace groups

What we are looking for

Must have

- Graduate in any discipline
- 1 to 3 years in admissions counselling, education sales, EdTech, tele-counselling or student support
- Clear, warm communication in English, Hindi and Punjabi, on calls and in writing on WhatsApp
- Comfort with a CRM, Google Sheets and video calls

Good to have

- Experience with online or distance programs (LPU, Chandigarh University, Amity, Manipal or similar)
- Working knowledge of UGC-DEB recognition and the difference between online and distance (ODL) modes
- A degree in Psychology, Education, Commerce or Management
- Experience counselling working professionals

What we offer
- ₹25,000 to 35,000 fixed monthly salary, based on experience
- Incentives per confirmed admission, paid monthly, with no cap
- Paid training on every partner university, program and fee structure
- Working days and hours, Mon to Sat, 9 am to 6 pm
