- Handle student and parent inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and admission procedures.

- Counsel students on suitable courses based on their academic background, interests, and career goals.

- Follow up with prospective students regularly to convert inquiries into admissions.

- Maintain and update student inquiry records, follow-up details, and admission data.

- Explain the benefits, facilities, and career opportunities associated with the institution's programs.

- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth and hassle-free admission process.

- Achieve assigned admission targets and contribute to the overall enrollment goals.

- Assist students with application forms, document verification, and admission formalities.

- Build positive relationships with students and parents through qualified communication and timely support.
