We are looking for counsellors, you will engage with students and working professionals, understand their career goals, recommend suitable Futurense programs, and guide them throughout the enrollment journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and working professionals through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand candidates educational background, career aspirations, and professional goals.
- Recommend suitable Futurense programs based on candidate requirements.
- Explain course curriculum, fees, program benefits, and career outcomes.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them throughout the enrollment process.
- Assist candidates with application and enrollment procedures.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective learners.
- Achieve monthly admission, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the enrollment journey.
Eligibility & Requirements
