GD Goenka Healthcare Academy is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to generate student enquiries, arrange campus visits, counsel prospective students, and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through outbound calling, WhatsApp, referrals, and student outreach.

Contact graduates, and candidates interested in healthcare courses.

Encourage prospective students and their parents to visit the academy for counselling.

Explain available courses, eligibility criteria, fees, duration, and career opportunities.

Counsel students to help them select suitable courses, including Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) and Operation Theatre Technology (OTT).





Follow up with interested students and convert leads into confirmed admissions.

Maintain records of enquiries, calls, follow-ups, walk-ins, and admissions.

Participate in school visits, career guidance activities, and promotional campaigns.

Achieve assigned daily activity goals and monthly admission targets.

Eligibility and Skills

Graduate in any discipline.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Fluency in Hindi; basic English is preferred.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.

Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Experience in sales, telecalling, counselling, or marketing will be an advantage.

Target-oriented, confident, and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
