Location: Viman Nagar Pune.

Job Type: Full-time Monday- Friday (Sat -Sun Fixed Off) (No Cab Services)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop fresh advertising concepts and angles for different products, audiences, and campaigns.
- Write copy for Meta and Instagram static ads, including headlines, subheadlines, product benefits, trust points, and ad captions.
- Write scripts, hooks, voiceovers, and text overlays for Instagram Reels and short-form video ads.
- Create Quora ad concepts and copy targeting homeowners.
- Develop Instagram carousel content with slide-wise headlines, supporting text, and captions.
- Write Google Search ad headlines and descriptions for product categories, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Create Performance Max assets, including headlines, long headlines, descriptions, and text for image and video creatives.
- Develop copy and concepts for display banners, programmatic ads, and native advertising.
- Write Pinterest ad copy for DIY projects, home improvement, and home upgrade products.
- Create LinkedIn ad copy targeting contractors, builders, property managers, and procurement teams.
- Plan and write copy for seasonal campaigns and promotional events, including Labor Day and Black Friday.
- Provide explicit creative briefs and visual directions to designers.




- Work on feedback and revisions to improve the quality and effectiveness of ads.
- Manage multiple campaigns and deliver 4–5 campaigns per week once fully onboarded.
- Review campaign performance metrics such as CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates to understand what works and improve future copy.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Ability to write engaging headlines, ad copy, CTAs, and descriptions within platform character limits.
- Experience writing short-form video scripts, Reels, and UGC-style ads.
- Portfolio of ad creatives or live campaigns, preferably with performance metrics.
- Experience working with ecommerce brands and large product catalogs.
- Ability to develop creative campaign ideas and provide clear direction to designers.
- Strong writing, research, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to handle feedback and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in B2B advertising or marketing.
- Experience in home improvement, hardware, tools, building materials, or construction supplies.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Performance Max, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and native advertising.
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics and ad testing.
