We are looking for an experienced Active Directory Expert with strong knowledge of AD administration, troubleshooting, Azure AD, Office 365, and Windows Server environments.

Responsibilities
- Create and troubleshoot Active Directory trusts.
- Manage AD infrastructure including FSMO roles, replication, DNS, and Kerberos.
- Handle AD service requests and resolve AD-related issues.
- Administer and support Azure AD and Office 365 environments.
- Configure and manage GPOs, AD permissions, and OU structures.
- Perform AD monitoring, reporting, and security management.
- Troubleshoot DNS, WSUS, DFS/DFSR, and Windows Server issues.
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and administration.
- Provide L2/L3 support and excellent customer service.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of KMS activation, RDP licensing, and Windows patching.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in enterprise environments.
