About the Role
Regno Healthcare and IT Solutions LLP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AR Executive to join our growing US Healthcare RCM team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of US medical billing processes, insurance follow-ups, and accounts receivable management.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular follow-ups with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
- Investigate and resolve claim denials and rejections.
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) and ensure timely claim resolution.
- Identify reasons for unpaid and underpaid claims and take appropriate action.
- Work on AR recovery and maintain effective follow-up records.
- Handle payment posting and related billing activities as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
- Maintain productivity, quality,
and accuracy while meeting assigned targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in US Medical Billing; AR experience is preferred.
- Understanding of insurance follow-ups, claim denials, and AR processes.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness to work the night shift.
