? We’re Hiring | Accounts Receivable & Reconciliation Executive

Are you someone who enjoys reconciliations, tracking receivables, and keeping numbers accurate? ?

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable & Reconciliation Executive to join our Finance team at Docube Healthcare – Bangalore.

? What You’ll Be Handling:• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and customer outstanding

- Prepare and maintain customer-wise receivable ageing reports

• Perform customer/vendor ledger reconciliations

• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments & collections

• Identify and resolve reconciliation differences and payment mismatches

• Track invoices, credit notes, TDS deductions and short payments

• Coordinate with internal teams and customers for payment-related queries

• Maintain accurate accounting records and support month-end closing

• Prepare regular MIS and receivables reports





? What We’re Looking For:• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Reconciliation / Finance

- Good understanding of accounting & bookkeeping

• Solid knowledge of MS Excel

• Experience with Tally Software

- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of work
- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred

? Location: Bangalore

? Work Mode: Work from Office

? Experience: 1–3 Years
