Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and denial management activities.
- Follow up with insurance payers to resolve outstanding claims and payment issues.
- Analyse EOBs, claim denials and outstanding insurance balances.
- Identify reasons for delayed payments and work towards reducing AR ageing and denial rates.
- Ensure process quality, turnaround time (TAT) and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (10+2+3).
- 1.6–5 years of relevant AR Calling experience.
- Minimum 1 year of Hospital Billing (UB04) experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of US healthcare insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, PPO and private payers.
- Strong communication skills with a neutral American English accent.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and MS Office skills.
