? We’re Hiring | Accounts & Finance Executive

Multiplier AI is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Executive to join our growing team!

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Maintain books of accounts and generate invoices using Zoho Books.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment follow-ups.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, management information system reports, and expense statements.
- Assist with Goods and Services Tax, Tax Deducted at Source, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
- Support month-end closing activities and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

✅ Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.




- Positive understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Goods and Services Tax and Tax Deducted at Source is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in a startup or corporate environment is preferred.
