Muhammed & Co., Chartered Accountants, Kannur, is looking for energetic and career-oriented candidates to join our team as Accounts & Audit Trainees.

The selected candidates will get practical exposure in Accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS, Auditing and other statutory compliance matters under the guidance of Chartered Accountants.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Accounting and bookkeeping in Tally
- Preparation and filing assistance for GST returns
- TDS calculation and return-related work
- Income Tax return preparation and related assignments
- Bank, debtor, creditor and GST reconciliations
- Assistance in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Internal Audit
- Ledger scrutiny and financial statement preparation
- Client visits and audit-related fieldwork when required
- Supporting other accounting and statutory compliance assignments

Candidate Requirements




- CMA USA/ACCA fully or part qualified /M.Com / MBA Finance or similar commerce qualification
- Basic knowledge of Accounting, GST and Income Tax
- Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel preferred
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work in Accounts, Taxation and Audit
- Candidates from Kannur or nearby areas preferred
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates should be comfortable with client visits and audit assignments
