Job Title: Accountant – Restaurant Industry

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a strong background in the restaurant/F&B; industry to manage daily accounting, financial records, vendor payments, and operational accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify, organise, and maintain all purchase bills, invoices, and expense records (digital and physical).
- Handle daily accounting entries and reconciliations in Tally.
- Maintain accurate financial records using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
- Prepare and submit GST-related data, invoices, and financial reports to the company's CA for timely filing and compliance.
- Manage and reconcile Aggregators settlements, commissions, deductions, and payouts.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, outstanding balances, and payments.




- Handle company banking activities, transactions, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation and coordinate with internal operations and management teams.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in the restaurant/F&B; industry.
- Solid working knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST, and basic taxation.
- Experience handling Aggregators accounts and payout reconciliation.
- Good communication, vendor coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.

Important: Candidates with prior restaurant, QSR, cloud kitchen, or F&B; accounting experience ONLY should apply. Applicants from other industries will not be considered. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
