Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations, bookkeeping, taxation compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting software (Tally Prime / MS Excel), thoroughly understand statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC), and maintain accurate financial records to support facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record day-to-day cash transactions, maintain petty cash, enter journal entries, and manage client billing and vendor invoices in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and conduct regular vendor/customer ledger reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
- Compute and assist in filing monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure accurate TDS deduction, deposit, and return filing.
- Process monthly staff salaries, calculate statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax), and maintain ESIC/PF portal updates.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements,



update Balance Sheet schedules, and generate monthly MIS summaries for management.
- Support internal and external auditors by preparing necessary schedules, documents, and audit trails.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in core accounting and finance roles.
- Location: Candidates residing in Delhi NCR preferred.

Key Qualities & Skills:

- Hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong working knowledge of GST rules, TDS rates, and PF/ESIC statutory regulations.
- Excellent numerical accuracy, high attention to detail, and analytical skills.
- Valuable organizational and communication skills.
