Daily Cash Matching (Reconciliation): Check the daily cash counter, UPI (Paytm/PhonePe), and card machine to make sure the money matches the sales. Purchase Entry: Note down all the new stock and spare parts we buy from suppliers. Stock Checking (Audit): Count the items in the shop regularly to make sure the computer record matches the physical items on the shelf. Inventory: Keep a careful record of all mobile phones (by IMEI number) and accessories coming in and going out. What we need: Basic computer knowledge to use billing software and Excel.
