OAR Shipping is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our UAE-based shipping, logistics, and customs clearance operations from our India office.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing invoices, tracking customer payments, coordinating supplier payments, and supporting daily accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare customer invoices, supplier bills, and statements of account (SOA).
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Record daily transactions and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Track job-wise income, expenses, and profitability.
- Maintain records of customs clearance, transportation, logistics, and shipping-related expenses.
- Reconcile customer and supplier accounts.
- Coordinate with the UAE operations team through email and WhatsApp.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports.




- Maintain organized digital records of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Assist with monthly account reconciliation and reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- company accounting experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Experience with Zoho Books
- Valuable written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to coordinate with a UAE-based team and meet deadlines.
- Experience in logistics, shipping, customs clearance, or trading is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate A responsible, organized, and proactive person who can independently manage daily accounting tasks and communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and the UAE management team. Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
