About Izon Tools

Izon Tools is engaged in the cutting tools business, providing industrial tooling solutions. We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and organized Account Manager to handle accounting operations, taxation compliance, and import documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Handle GST calculations, reconciliations, return preparation, and related documentation.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return-related documentation.
- Handle import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of entry, and coordination with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer account reconciliation.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor outstanding payments and receivables.




- Prepare accounting reports and assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other relevant parties.
- Monitor deadlines for tax-related payments and statutory compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Practical knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and import documentation.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile A proactive and dependable professional with hands-on accounting experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage daily accounts, taxation-related work, and import documentation efficiently.
