- Maintain daily Cash Inflow and Outflow.
- Manage Client Payments, Outstanding Dues and Payment Follow-ups.
- Maintain Purchase Bills, Supplier Payments and Labour Payment Records.
- Prepare Project-wise Budget and Costing Reports.
- Monitor Cash Flow and upcoming expenses for the next 7–15 days.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Financial Reports.
- Maintain Project-wise Profit & Loss Statements.
- Handle Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with the Business Head regarding financial planning and project expenses.
Eligibility
- B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel is required.
- Experience in Interior Design, Construction or Project-based businesses will be an advantage.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
