Job Summary

MK Cleanroom Projects is looking for an experienced Account Head to manage the company's accounting, taxation, financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, cash flow, and project costing. The candidate will lead the accounts team, strengthen financial controls, and provide financial insights to Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, financial statements, and monthly/annual closing.
- Oversee GST, TDS/TCS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
- Prepare budgets, cash-flow forecasts, financial MIS, and management reports.
- Monitor project-wise costing, profitability, expenses, and budget variances.
- Manage accounts payable, receivables, bank reconciliations, and working capital.
- Implement internal financial controls and improve accounting processes.
- Lead the accounts team and coordinate with Management, banks, auditors, vendors, and project teams.

Requirements

- Qualified CA Intern preferred/required as per company policy.




- 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, income tax, TDS/TCS, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in project costing, budgeting, cash-flow management, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime or equivalent accounting software and advanced MS Excel.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, HVAC, or project-based businesses is an advantage.
- Solid analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
