KSRA CPA Firm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Account Executive to support US taxation, accounting, bookkeeping, and related client deliverables.

We are looking for candidates with practical experience in US taxation and working knowledge of QuickBooks and Drake Tax software who can contribute to accurate, timely, and high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and processing of US individual and/or business tax returns, based on experience and assigned responsibilities.
- Use Drake Tax software for tax preparation and related workflows.
- Maintain books of accounts and perform bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks.
- Review financial records, reconcile accounts, and identify discrepancies.
- Organize client documents and maintain accurate working papers.
- Support tax planning, tax compliance, and periodic accounting activities.
- Coordinate with team members and clients to obtain missing information and resolve queries.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned deliverables.
- Track work progress and meet internal deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in US taxation, tax preparation, bookkeeping, or US accounting.
- Practical working knowledge of QuickBooks and Drake Tax.




- Understanding of US tax forms, documentation, and compliance workflows relevant to the candidate's experience.
- Strong accounting fundamentals and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a US CPA firm or US-based clients.
- Exposure to individual and business tax returns.
- Knowledge of tax planning, account reconciliations, and year-end accounting procedures.
- Relevant accounting or taxation certifications.
