Role Description The Account Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The individual in this role will manage existing customer accounts, support order processing, and ensure timely coordination between production, logistics, and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of orders and payments.

The Account

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, support business development initiatives,



and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in customer relationship management, account servicing, and client communication to handle OEM and Tier 1 customers effectively.
- Proficiency in basic sales and commercial operations, including quotation preparation, order follow-up, and coordination with internal departments.
- Ability to use office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, presentations, and email) and maintain organized documentation.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a structured approach to handling multiple customer requirements.
- Relevant educational background in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, consumer durables, or medical equipment industries is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in office in Chennai and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SAP
