ACADEMIC HEAD - MUST HAVE ATTEMPTED GOVERNMENT EXAMS AND SHOULD HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN THE ED TECH SECTOR

ANJION LEARNING is looking for a knowledgeable and result-oriented Academic Head to lead and manage our competitive examination preparation programs, including UPSC, SSC, Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), and Kerala PSC examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and improve academic programs, study materials, mock tests, and examination strategies.
- Stay updated on exam patterns, syllabus changes, current affairs, and emerging examination trends.
- Coordinate with faculty members and mentors to ensure quality teaching and student performance.
- Monitor student progress, attendance, test performance, and academic engagement.
- Develop effective learning strategies to improve student outcomes and examination readiness.
- Ensure smooth academic operations across different competitive exam batches.

Eligibility & Requirements




- Must have appeared for at least one of the following examinations: UPSC, SSC, RRB, or Kerala PSC.
- Must have qualified the preliminary stage of at least one competitive examination.
- Solid knowledge of central and Kerala state government competitive examinations, including their syllabus, exam patterns, and selection processes.
- Good leadership, communication, planning, and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of academic performance.
- Must be willing to work full-time from our Ernakulam office.

Preferred: Previous experience in academic coordination, mentoring, or managing competitive exam coaching programs. Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per year
