About the Role

Tasheel Moral Academy is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding our Islamic educational programmes, including Madrasa education, Quran learning, Arabic language, and other Islamic studies programmes.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a student-focused approach, and the ability to explain our courses clearly while supporting students throughout the enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding the academy’s educational programmes.
- Explain course details, curriculum, learning methods, schedules, and enrolment procedures.
- Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other online communication platforms.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to support admissions and enrolments.
- Provide accurate information about Quran, Arabic, Madrasa, and other Islamic education programmes.
- Maintain student enquiry records and follow-up reports.




- Build positive relationships with students and parents through professional communication.
- Achieve enrolment targets while maintaining high standards of student support.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A friendly, patient, and professional approach to counselling.
- Basic knowledge of Islamic education, Quran, Arabic, and Madrasa programmes is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents online.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and online communication tools.
- Previous experience in academic counselling, telecalling, admissions, or sales will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

- Work Location: Remote / Work from Home
