Li-Circle is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts and Compliance Manager to manage accounting, financial oversight, compliance, and reporting. This role requires strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities A. Accounting & Financial

- Manage end-to-end accounting including data entry, reconciliations, journal postings, ledger scrutiny, and monthly closings by maintain accurate books in Zoho Books.
- Prepare and review Trial Balance, P&L;, and Balance Sheet.
- Coordinate reconciliations, ensure compliance with inter-entity protocols and assist with consolidation support.
- Track advances, inter-entity transactions, and program accounting.
- Process payments and handle vendor onboarding.
- Maintain GST workings, TDS deductions, and coordinate statutory filings.
- Maintain documentation trails and payment backups.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and budget-to-actual reports.
- Support statutory and internal audits with schedules and documentation.
- Work closely with internal departments for cross-functional coordination.




- Recommend improvements in finance processes and reporting formats.

B. Compliance
- CPCB/ KSPCB/ MOEFcc/ DGFT compliance - registration, maintenance and updating of monthly, quarterly and annual data of all government documentations.
- MOU / NDA and other associated agreement evaluation and execution with stakeholders.
- Employer certifications including ESI & PF for employees'

Qualifications & Requirements

● 1–4 years of relevant experience.

● Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

● Experience in audits, reconciliations, and documentation.

● Robust analytical and communication skills.

● Excellent documentation, coordination and communication skills.

● High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
