Sky Ocean Academy is looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students, provide course-related information, and support the admission and enrolment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding available courses, career opportunities, and learning pathways.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face interactions.
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents and provide guidance throughout the admission process.
- Support promotional activities and admission campaigns to achieve enrolment targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or Diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Academic Counsellor.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Solid interpersonal, counselling, and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and Excel.
