1. Configure and customize PPM applications based on business requirements.
2. Develop workflows, forms, portlets, attributes, business rules, and system integrations.
3. Support portfolio, program, project, resource, financial, and demand management modules.
4. Perform system enhancements, upgrades, and defect resolution activities.
5. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
6. Support data migration, application maintenance, and platform optimization initiatives.

Relevant Experience*
1. Design, develop, and maintain operational and executive-level reports.
2. Create dashboards and KPI scorecards for Portfolio, PMO, and Leadership teams.
3. Develop custom reports using SQL, reporting tools, and native PPM reporting capabilities.
4. Analyze portfolio performance, project health, resource utilization, and financial metrics.
5. Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across platforms.
6. Automate recurring reporting processes wherever possible

Mandatory skills*
