Description

Enable the squad to deliver value through effective Agile practices, dependency management, transparent metrics and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and backlog refinement.
- Remove impediments and protect squad focus.
- Track velocity, cycle time, blockers and delivery health.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies through Scrum-of-Scrums and program forums.
- Coach the squad on Agile, DevSecOps, story quality, self-organization and sustainable delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred.
