About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with experience in architectural visualization, interior rendering, and realistic 3D presentations. The candidate should be able to convert architectural drawings and design concepts into high-quality visual renders.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for architectural and interior projects.
- Develop realistic interior and exterior visualizations.
- Interpret architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
- Work closely with architects and the design team to meet project requirements.
- Prepare material, lighting,
texture, and camera setups for realistic renders.
- Make revisions based on client and team feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery of renders and project presentations.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drawings.
- Strong understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and composition.
- Valuable visualization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing architectural or interior visualization work is required.
