A Listing & Guest Coordinator is responsible for managing property listings on online booking platforms and communicating with guests to ensure a smooth booking experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Property Listings: Create, publish and update property listings on platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and Expedia.
- Listing Accuracy: Ensure property descriptions, photographs, amenities, pricing and booking calendars are accurate and up to date.
- Guest Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries, booking requests and general questions.
- Booking Management: Monitor booking requests, availability and reservation details.
- Review Monitoring: Keep track of guest reviews and escalate complaints or responsible issues to a supervisor.
- Remote Coordination: Follow company procedures, manage daily tasks independently and maintain accurate records.

- Prior experience using at least one of Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or Expedia, either as a guest or a host.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
