A Sales Trainee is an entry-level professional who learns the foundations of product knowledge, client prospecting, and account management under the guidance of senior sales representatives or managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, market research, and outreach.
- Shadowing & Training: Rotate through sales office functions or shadow senior staff to master product features and sales strategies.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to client inquiries, communicate product/service advantages, and schedule product demonstrations or meetings.
- Quotations & Proposals: Assist in calculating costs, preparing price quotes, and handling basic pre- and post-sales paperwork.
- CRM Management: Log customer interactions, update lead pipelines, and maintain accurate records.
- Goal Achievement: Work toward individual or team-based sales targets, conversion milestones, and KPI assessments.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
