Manage Production activities of lines with adherence to daily production plan ensuring material and manpower planning and getting line output with respect to quantity and quality

1. Adherence to daily Production plan
2. Effective Manpower utilisation to achieve daily production target
3. Ensure material availability on line
4. Highlighting concerns related to Material / manpower/machine
5. To achieve Quality and Quantity of Production of line
6. To minimize rework / rejection on line
7. Guide / operate machines online when required
8. To do Minor machine breakdown / sets as per plan
9. To maintain and sustain line 5S/TPM activities
10. Ensure proper PPE usages by line operators
11. Ensure operators are adhering to SOPs wrt start up, first piece flow inspection etc
12. To do Kaizens to improve productivity
13.
To educate / train / guide operators wrt safety/quality requirements of line
14. To support in implementation of TPM & MSES “A” activities
15. Any other task entrusted by your seniors
