About the Team

The HR Technology Team is dedicated to designing, implementing, maintaining, enhancing, and supporting HR processes. Our primary objective is to facilitate efficient and effective HR operations by leveraging the capabilities of comprehensive suite of modules. Our team is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR processes.

Our team strives to achieve the following objectives:

- Ensure seamless integration of HR processes with business operations
- Provide timely and accurate support to employees and managers
- Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness




- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the HR functions
- Stay up-to-date with developments and best practices

Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities -

- Define architecture for highly scalable and reliable enterprise systems.- Years of Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software development or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in software development or a related field Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems (CIS), or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable.

Primary Skills

- Strong technical aptitude - Java/J2EE, Springboot and other open-source technologies
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSql databases such as Elastic, Postgres etc
- Working knowledge of frameworks like - Spring, ReactJS, JUnit
- Experience with CI/CD such as: Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with collaborative planning and defect tracking through BitBucket/GitHub
