As a Senior/Principal Engineer, you'll provide technical leadership and guidance to a team in the delivery of large / complex, water treatment and water network projects, ensuring accurate and efficient project delivery for internal and external clients. Wastewater experience will also be considered.

- Leading technical design delivery and providing technical guidance to the project team;
- Client liaison and report preparation;
- Assist in the preparation of proposals within current frameworks and the development of additional clients;
- Lead on Stakeholder engagement and identify and support in securing potential business development opportunities;
- Training and mentoring of staff, especially more junior staff;
- Develop and maintain project related health and safety strategies, including risk assessments; and
- Operate in accordance with the corporate health and safety, environment and quality standards and ensure the project team comply with such standards.
- Contribute to task and resource requirements across the wider team and ensure delivery;
- Working with, and providing support to, our project management team;
- Potential for line management responsibilities, supporting recruitment activities;
- Raise the profile of the company through attendance and presentations at technical and commercial conferences, preparation of papers and press releases; and Work may require travel to the offices and project sites.
- Excellent command of written and verbal English.
- Technical understanding of Water Industry standards.

- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
