Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop current HVAC products (Cooling Towers, Exhaust Fan, HVLS Fans, etc.)
- Conduct product research, testing, and performance analysis
- Improve existing product efficiency, durability, and cost optimization
- Prepare technical drawings, CAD models, and BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams
- Perform prototype development and field testing
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Work on innovation, energy efficiency, and new technology integration

Required Skills

- Knowledge of HVAC systems & thermal engineering concepts
- Proficiency in design software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills




- Understanding of materials, airflow, heat transfer
- Good communication & teamwork abilities

Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 1-3 Years (Freshers with strong knowledge can apply)

Salary & Advantages

- Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 (Based on experience)
