R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

- Manage day-to-day execution on site: labour coordination, contractor sequencing, daily

progress

- Ensure finish quality at every stage: false ceiling, flooring, joinery, MEP, painting, glass etc
- Track material deliveries and flag shortages before they affect the schedule
- Maintain a daily site log, work done, manpower deployed, materials consumed, open issues
- Coordinate with the client's site engineer or PMC for inspections and approvals
- Support billing, verify measurements and confirm completion of billable milestones
- Enforce safety and housekeeping standards on site
- Escalate scope changes, delays, or quality issues to the Project Manager immediately

R E Q U I R E M E N T S

- 8+ years of site supervision in interior fit-out: retail, commercial, hospitality, or high-end

residential

- Working knowledge of interior trades: gypsum false ceiling, flooring (tiles, wood, stone),

joinery, glass and aluminium, painting and polishing





- Able to read interior drawings, shop drawings, and finish schedules
- Experience managing workers across multiple trades simultaneously
- Fluent in Hindi; sufficient English to read drawings and write basic site reports

- Experience on premium retail, residential or gallery fit outs with high-specification finishes
- Familiarity with BOQ, variation orders etc
- Experience coordinating with PMC, architects, and vendors
- ITI or Diploma in Civil or Interior (not mandatory if experience is strong)
