We are looking for a reliable and disciplined Gatekeeper to manage the main entrance of our manufacturing unit. You will be the "First and Last Point of Control" for all workers, visitors, and vehicles.
Key Responsibilities (Factory Focus)
- Gate Control : Manage the main gate and ensure no unauthorized person enters the factory area.
- Worker Attendance : Monitor the entry/exit timings of all labor and staff. Ensure no one leaves the premises during shift hours without an authorized "Out Pass."
- Material Verification : Check every truck or tractor-trolley. Match the physical load (e.g., harrow discs, raw steel) with the Challan or Gate Pass before allowing it to leave.
- Vehicle Log : Maintain a clean register of vehicle numbers, driver names, and "In/Out" times for all raw material deliveries and finished goods dispatches.
- Asset Safety : Keep a strict watch on company property and ensure no tools or components are taken out without permission.
- Night Vigilance : (If on night shift) Perform regular rounds of the boundary wall and store area to prevent theft.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education : Minimum 12th pass (must be able to read and write Hindi/English for registers).
- Experience : Previous experience in a factory or warehouse in the Karnal/Baragaon area is preferred.
- Character : Must be "Polite but Strict." You must be able to say "No" to unauthorized entries firmly.
- Physical : Healthy and active; capable of standing for shift duration.
- Background : Clean record.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary : ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 (Based on experience).
- Overtime : Extra pay for any additional hours beyond the 12-hour shift.
