Job Title: Driver Coordinator - Pick & Drop Services

Company : Premier CarworldPvt. Ltd. (Authorized Maruti Suzuki Service Center) Location : Agarpara, Kolkata Salary : Up to ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities : Coordinate Logistics : Manage the daily schedule for picking up and dropping off customer vehicles for service appointments.

- Dispatch Drivers : Efficiently assign and dispatch drivers to various locations, ensuring optimal route planning and punctuality.
- Customer Communication : Proactively communicate with customers to confirm pick-up/drop-off times, provide status updates, and address any inquiries with professionalism.
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate logs of all vehicle movements, driver assignments, service details, and customer interactions.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure all vehicles are handled with the utmost care and that all procedures are followed to guarantee the safety and security of customer property.
- Liaison : Act as a bridge between the customer, the drivers, and our internal service advisor team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Compliance : Ensure all drivers adhere to company policies, safety standards, and traffic regulations.





Qualifications and Skills :

- Mandatory : Must possess a valid and current Driving License with a Graduation degree
- Experience : Prior experience in a coordination, dispatch, or logistics role is highly preferred, especially within the automobile or service industry.

Skills :

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and record management.
- Good knowledge of routes and road networks in and around the Agarpara area.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Attributes : Professional demeanor, customer-focused attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Duty Hours : 9 hours per day
