- Pick FMCG retail products accurately as per invoice or online orders .
- Pack items securely to avoid damage during storage and dispatch.
- Check product quality, quantity, and expiry dates , and follow FIFO / FEFO stock rotation.
- Label, scan, and update order status in the system or maintain manual records.
- Handle food, grocery, and fragile items carefully while packing.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods when required.
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and delivery teams for timely dispatch of orders .
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization in the warehouse and packing area.
- Support inventory counting, stock movement, and other warehouse activities .
Job Requirements
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
- Basic knowledge of FMCG food and grocery products .
- Ability to perform physical work (standing, lifting, packing).
- Basic English reading and writing skills .
- Experience in warehouse / retail / FMCG is an advantage.
