Job Title : Floor Supervisor - E-commerce Operations Department : Operations / Warehouse

Job Summary: Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise day-to-day floor operations related to order processing, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and handed over to logistics partners on time.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct daily stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Manage manpower on the floor and assign tasks efficiently.
- Train new employees on order packing standards, system usage, and company SOPs.
- Assist in hiring and onboarding of new packing and warehouse staff.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and work quality among floor staff.
- Ensure proper packaging standards and minimize order errors and returns.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse floor.
- Prepare daily performance and productivity reports.
- Resolve floor-level issues and escalate reliable concerns to management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
