About Us : Grey Space Computing is a Pune-based IT company delivering innovative and scalable software solutions. We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer who can customize and optimize business processes using the Odoo platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements
- Work on Odoo backend and frontend development (Python, XML, JavaScript)
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems via APIs
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Upgrade and maintain different Odoo versions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, QA, UI/UX)
- Ensure performance optimization and data security
- Prepare technical documentation and user guides

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo development

- Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL :

- Experience with Odoo framework, ORM, and module development

- Good knowledge of XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS :

- Experience in API integration (REST/SOAP)





- Understanding of Odoo standard modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)

- Familiarity with Git/version control

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with Odoo.sh or cloud deployment
- Knowledge of Docker or CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of business workflows and ERP concepts
- Prior experience in performance optimization

Soft Skills :

- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Strong analytical and problem-solving approach
