Job Title: Accountant (Experienced)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including receipts, payments, and bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage budgeting, fee accounting, expense tracking, and fund utilization
- Process payroll in coordination with HR, including salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, audits, etc.)
- Maintain employee-related financial records and payroll registers
- Use Tally, ERP systems for accounting, payroll, and reporting functions
- Prepare MIS and financial reports for management review
- Coordinate with auditors and assist during internal and external audits
- Maintain Stock registers

Eligibility Criteria

- Educational Qualification (mandatory) : B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter)



or any other relevant accounting degree

- Experience : Minimum 05 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational institution

- Knowledge of HR payroll systems preferred :

- Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and ERP software is essential
