Accounts Payable & Receivable : Process, verify, and reconcile invoices, track purchase orders, and issue payments to vendors.
- Bank & Account Reconciliations : Match bank and credit card statements against internal ledgers to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Financial Record Keeping : Maintain accurate digital and physical files, handle petty cash, and prepare bills.
- Payroll Support : Assist with semi-monthly payroll by verifying employee hours, timecard approvals, and benefit deductions.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance : Compile data to assist senior accountants with tax filings, budget forecasting, and month-end or year-end reporting
