PMS / AIF Operations Associate with 1+ year of experience in PMS/AIF operations, compliance, fund accounting, or concurrent audit required in a reputed CA firm located at Andheri , Mumbai

JD:

- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations applicable to PMS and AIF entities
- Review investment transactions, fund accounting records, and operational controls
- Coordinate with fund administrators and fund accountants
- Review NAV workings, investor capital accounts, subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls
- Prepare and validate management fees, distributor fees, and performance fees

Conduct concurrent audits of PMS and AIF operations

- Review compliance reports, regulatory filings, and operational documentation
- Perform bank, DP, and investment reconciliations
- Identify process gaps, recommend corrective actions, and enhance operational controls
- Prepare audit observations and discuss findings with management

Salary *upto Rs 6 LPA

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
