Job Summary
Prabhu Kailash Group of Institutes is seeking a committed Assistant Professor in the MBA Program to teach management courses, engage in research, mentor students, and contribute to academic excellence and industry-linked learning.
Key Responsibilities
Academic & Teaching
- Prepare and deliver effective lesson plans, case studies, and experiential learning modules.
- Evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, and presentations.
Research & Scholarship
- Conduct academic research and publish in reputed journals.
- Participate in conferences, seminars, and workshops.
Student Development
- Guide student projects, internships, and capstone dissertations.
- Advise students on career planning and academic goals.
Academic and Institutional Service
- Contribute to curriculum design and review.
- Serve on academic committees and assist with accreditation activities.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Management / Business Administration (preferred).
- MBA/PGDM with excellent academic record.
- NET/SET qualification as per regulatory guidelines.
- Relevant research publications or industry experience is an advantage.
Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with academic software and LMS tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students and faculty.
